At this stage, I would like to share with you the benefits my home in Le Ruitor (French Alps) has brought me. Investing in a project like this means being able to comfortably enjoy your apartment without any worries, what more could one ask of a real estate investment? The options available are the following:

  • 4 weeks occupancy

    1 high season and 1 medium in winter, and the same in summer; with up to 3% cash return on the apartment price (VAT and furniture excluded) per year over the leaseback term, being 10 years.

  • 4 weeks occupancy (rents in advance)

    1 high season and 1 medium in winter, and the same in summer. You receive all your 10 yearly rents in advance at the moment of purchase; up to 2,5% return on the apartment price (VAT and furniture excluded).

  • 6 weeks occupancy

    1 high, 1 medium and 1 low in winter, and the same in summer, with a 32% discount off the purchase price (VAT and furniture included).

In addition, when investing in Le Ruitor, you’ll never have to pay any VAT (20% on the purchase price), or to worry about its refund, since the promoter will advance it for you.
